FATHER'S DAY

Haille, Trentin and Axten have the BEST daddy ever!! Jason is so sweet, patient, compassionate, understanding and loving, they are so lucky to have such an amazing dad!! They have him wrapped around each of their little fingers. So we treated him to lunch at Texas Roadhouse, where they had face painting for the kids.

After we ate lunch, we took the kids to Great Times and let them play some games.

Jason & I went to Kyle & Holly's wedding. It was so beautiful!! (we totally enjoyed the open bar!! haha!!)

Trentin is going to play football in the fall!! We got him fitted for his helmet & shoulder pads (had to stand in line for 2 hours in the HOT sunshine to do so) and when he was done, he kept saying "My helmet is TOO TIGHT!!!" and he didn't know how to get it off. I couldn't help but laugh because he looks so cute!! Daddy says he's NOT CUTE, he's a trained killer. I can't wait for him to start playing, although it will be really hard to watch my sweet little boy get tackled!!

Trentin's baseball season was supposed to be over on Saturday, but they have one more game to make up from a rain-out. The coaches went ahead and gave the kids their trophies after this game, because one of them will be out of town during the final game. He was a great coach - worked really good with all the kids!!

Here's my green bean face!! I ususally end up wearing my green beans because I keep spitting them out, and Mommy keeps putting them right back in. It's a battle I always end up loosing!!!

And here's my sweet potatoes face!! I love my sweet potatoes so my face & clothes are a lot cleaner after I eat them!!

At Haille's practice, the heat got to Axten!! He crashed right in the front seat!!

AXTEN'S NEW TRICK

Axten has started grabbing his toys, and they go straight to his mouth. So I began offering him his bottle by holding it right in front of him, and he'll grab it and in his mouth it goes!!!

We finally found a baby hat for Axten to wear to Haille & Trentin's games!! He looks so cute!!!

MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND

We had a super busy Memorial Day weekend!! Beginning on Saturday morning, we took advantage of the beautiful weather and went to the parade. We're not really into the race so much, but the parade was lots of fun!!!

It was neat to see all the race car drivers. (JUST FOR TIFF: Hey, that's Scott Dixon!!!)

The kids couldn't wait to see what was coming next!!

Then, Jason & I went to a cook-out on Saturday night.

Waking up on Sunday morning, we decided to drive down to Cincinnati and see Nana. We also got to see Aunt Michelle, Emma, and Aunt Kim too! This was the first time Aunt Chelle got to meet Axten, because she has been recovering from back surgery, and can't travel very far. Emma was a natural with Axten. She helped me change his diaper, and feed him, and she loved playing with him!!
