HAILLE'S TRIP

Haille's class took a field trip to the Indianapolis Zoo!! They got to create their own t-shirts to wear, and this is the one Haille made. She colored the picture, and then Mrs. Perkins transferred it to the shirt. She did a great job!!
Here we are - on our way to get our pictures taken!! They turned out so good, I can't wait to get them back in two weeks!!

Baby Food

Axten has been trying baby food!! We started with veggies first. So far he likes sweet potatoes, carrots, sweet peas and squash. He absolutely DOES NOT like green beans! Next up - bananas!!!

I LOVE my new chair!!!!

Four Months Old!!

Here we are, another month has passed so quickly!! Axten had his 4-month check-up at the doctor. He is now 20 lbs. 14 oz. and 27 in. long. He's in the 95th percentile for height, and he's off the charts for weight. His doctor said he's about a pound overweight. I'm not worried though - chunky babies are the cutest!!! He had to get his immunizations, which is the part that I dread, and of course, he cried until I picked him up. He's a healthy boy!!!

While we were waiting for the doctor to come in, Axten was laying on the table. I was standing next to him, talking to him & just playing with him. And he does this for the very first time:

Thankfully, I have my camera with me everywhere I go!! I wanted to jump up and down and laugh and scream, but I had to refrain because we were in a doctor's office. I immediately called Jason to tell him what he did, he was glad I got it on video so he could see it too.

Just to be sure, I let him do it again:

Although, I do prefer that he rolls around ON THE FLOOR!!!

Mother's Day

I had a great mother's day!! Even though it was rainy & gloomy outside, we had a good time. Everyone hung out at Aunt Tiff's and ate yummy spaghetti & had some delicious ice-cream cake. I got some beautiful roses and a new cell phone!!! Then we went to see baby Kyndall for a while. We headed home, and I got to finish my day with a good ol' nap. Exactly what I needed!!!!

My Little Catchers

Both Haille and Trentin love being the catcher for their teams!!!

Our New Baby Cousin!!!

Kyndall Ash Lynn Stall was born Wednesday, May 7, at 4:05 pm. She weighed 7 lbs, and was 18 in. long. We're so excited she's finally here!!! She's SOOOOOO tiny!!!

Axten Talking

MMMMMM....Yummy fingers!!!
Trentin's games are first thing every Saturday morning. He's having alot of fun this year!!

We've had some great weather!! It makes it so much more enjoyable to watch Haille's games when it's warm outside. She's doing real good this year!!!!

Good hit, Haille!!

My Little Buddie

Today, Haille has a field trip to Connor Prairie, and she is so excited to go. On the way to the babysitter this morning, I told her I wish I could go with her class, but I have to work, and I knew she was going to have so much fun. And Trentin's exact words were, "I wish you had a wot (lot) of days off again because I reawwy (really) miss you. When are you gonna pick me up from school again?" Ugh, it brought tears to my eyes because I reawwy (really) miss him too!! While I was on leave I would pick him up at 11:30 from kindergarten, and every day we would hang out together & run errands together. He was my little Buddie!!! It just really tugged at my heart this morning, and as I sit here, I cannot wait to get home tonight to give him a BIG hug & kiss!!!

Slideshow!!!!

I finally finished the slideshow!!!

Haille's First Game!!

It was SOOOOO cold!!!! All the girls were freezing!!! I didn't get that many pictures, I kept my hands in my pockets!!! Axten was warm & cozy though. He had like 3 layers of clothes on and he was wrapped in 2 blankets, so he slept the entire time!!!

I can't count how many times Trentin said "Mom, I'm freezing!!" We CANNOT wait until it's summer!!

Trentin's First Game!!!

Three Months Old!!

Axten is now three months old!! It seems like he grows every day. He found his hands, so he's constantly chewing on his fingers, which makes him drool and soak the front of his shirt. He has also started babbling quite a bit. He'll even laugh out loud, which is the most adorable laugh!! Grandma found his "tickle spot" which is around his thighs, but I can get a laugh when I tickle him under his chin. We won't see the doctor again until he is four months, but he's thriving!! I get the same reaction whenever someone asks how old he is: Oh my goodness, he's HUGE!!! He's wearing clothes sized 6-9 months, and some shirts, he can wear 12 months!! I have a feeling he's going to be a big guy, just like his daddy. Maybe a future football player!! He's the sweetest little guy!! He has adjusted to the babysitter pretty well, which makes it easier for me to leave him everyday. He's going to be spoiled rotten, just like Haille and Trentin was!!
We're truly blessed to have such a good baby!!
This month he started eating rice cereal. He seems to like it!! But when he's real hungry, he'll cry in between spoonfuls. It's like WAAAA.... MMMMM.... WAAAA.... MMMMM... too funny!! I can't get the spoon in his mouth quick enough!!

Daddy's turn!!!

First Day at the Park

This is Axten's first time to the park!! It was such a beautiful weekend, so we took full advantage of it. Axten was sleeping when we got there, so we practiced catching & hitting with the kids until he woke up. It won't be long until he's up and running around too!!
