Haille is so much like me when I was a kid. She loves climbing trees and playing sports, but at the same time, she loves putting on a cute skirt, curling her hair, and painting her nails!!
That's the look of a million thoughts. I can't help but wonder what he's thinking about!!

Who could look at this picture & not start laughing!!!

IT'S OVER!!

Haille's cheerleading season has finished!! She had such a blast cheering this year!! I couldn't tell you if the team she cheered for was any good or not because I watched HER the entire time!!

TRENTIN IS A CHAMPION!!!

The football season is over!!! Trentin's team went undefeated this season, and they won the championship!!! I guess the coach's knew what they were doing after all. It was real hard to sit at the practices & watch my baby boy get yelled at when he didn't do exactly what the coaches wanted him to, especially in the beginning. I had to bite my tounge quite a few times, and there were times when I wanted to just pull him out. I often wondered if I was just being an over-protective mom, or if that's just how football is and he needed to learn. But as the season wore on, Trentin got more brave with his tackling/getting tackled, and he improved a lot so his coaches seemed to ease up on him a bit. Trentin reassured me that he did like playing, and in the end, I'm glad we stuck with it!!!

The games were definitely exciting!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY HAILLE!!!

My baby girl is eight years old!! After she opened her presents from everyone, we went outside for her BIG present.......

Her expression when she saw it was what she wanted.....

A basketball goal!!! She was so excited!!!
It took a team effort to put that thing together.

She loves her goal!! Basketball season starts in just a few weeks!!

It has become a tradition that Grandma makes the birthday cakes. She does an amazing job!! And they are absolutely delicious!!

NINE MONTHS OLD!!

Axten is now nine months old!! His personality is starting to come out, and I'm seeing a bit of a temper as well!! DO NOT take a toy away from him......you'll get a scream along with the back-arch and he definitely lets you know he's mad!! I think it's kinda cute!! He's still not quite crawling yet.....he scoots, but mostly he rolls where ever he wants to go. All my kids were late crawlers/walkers, so I'm not too worried about his development. He's doing just fine!!
One of my favorite things he does is he'll shake his head "no", and he'll do an eye-skwint when he smiles. But he does it so quickly, I can't catch a picture of it!! I crack up laughing every time.
He's due to go to the doctor this month for a check-up, but we haven't gone yet (our appointment is next week) so I'm not exactly sure what he weighs and how long he has grown at this point. He is wearing clothes sized 18 months!!
We went out to dinner to celebrate Aunt Melanie's birthday!! This is my first time sitting in a high chair at a restaurant, instead of my car seat. I'm such a big boy!!

What did you say, Grandma??
